The next round of financing for The Main Street Grant Program will be sponsored and administered by The Hancock Partners once again. It will provide needed incentives and capital for downtown businesses that were unable to take advantage of the first round of Main Street matching funds in 2004.

The Partners continue to sponsor and support the Harvest Festival affording local craft people and artists, as well as vendors, & local businesses, a chance to expose their wares.

Maintenance of signage and other media that supports the theme, "Gateway To The Upper Delaware" is still a priority of the Partners. Enticing visitors and businesses to Hancock will always be of prime importance.

The Partners continue to maintain and develop the Hancock Town Square Project. The Partners are committed to making the Town Square the "linchpin" of redevelopment and revitalization in downtown Hancock and the community at large. A facility this size requires a major amount of ground and building maintenance. The Partners are up to to the task.

The Partners continue to sponsor many events as part of the Summer Concert Series at The new Hancock Town Square. A wide variety of music is enjoyed by residents and visitors alike, marching bands, jazz, big band and rock 'n roll. Everything from Gershwin to Gaga. Community Events such as Rotary Cookouts, Firemen BBQ's, Education Foundation Auctions and The Annual Christmas Parade of Lights are fully supported by The Partners. Small town traditions and values are worth preserving, and are the foundation of a strong and vibrant community.
